We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Our room could comfortably sleep four, with a queen bed in the cozy loft area. The shower was easily the best we’ve experienced so far in Italy — a definite highlight! The receptionists were incredibly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The hyperlinks they provided were accurate, helpful, and made navigating the area much easier. My only suggestion, which I shared with them directly, would be to include a Google Maps link for walking directions — I’ve attached that here for future guests. https://maps.app.goo.gl/6m9aCmVNwgPM9Bcs8?g_st=awb Another bonus: the property is tucked away on a quiet side street, so the nearby restaurants felt more local and authentic, rather than touristy. The property is very nice. The management is… Challenging. Skilled at taxing the time and attention of their customers over irrelevancies. If you stay here, make sure not to request anything, because they’ll chase you for fees that you only learn about when they come to collect.

This was a great place to stay. Everything from the location, to the room and to the staff was excellent! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, which made it easy to move from the hotel to the train station.

This was a great stay! Anyone thinking of coming, keep a few things here in mind: 1) This hotel is away from the popular Saint Marks BUT just a 2 minute walk away is a very lively center with plenty of dining and shopping options, honestly more than we saw at Saint Marks Square. 2) Arrival is simple. Arrive at the airport, take public water transport to stop and walk 5 minutes to hotel. Keep in mind that this is an apartment style suite, so you will have to walk your bags up two flights of stairs to get to the room. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. 3) Staff are great, they made us private water taxi reservations and gave us good advice around the area. Be wary of the fact that this hotel dosent really have any other services past the reception, so it’s really a local expierence (but not really) 100% reccomend!

Carnareggio Albergo

We have previously visited Venice and we wanted to stay in this neighborhood. We were extremely pleased with our stay here. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was fantastic. They have a private dining room that you can reserve and have for 30 minutes. The food is all placed on the dining table and the server was very attentive, getting coffee, toast, etc. It is located near several good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in Venice. Price was very competitive and the location was close to San Marco square. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and spacious. I would definately stay here again!

Highlight of my trip!

INCREDIBLE!!!! STAY HERE!!! I had the most fantastic time staying at these lofts - truly one of the highlights of my trip and the hotel made it such a breeze to check in and what not. Clean, comfy yet chic, felt very authentic while also being very modern. Cannot say enough good things about my stay here. AND felt so safe here and in the area while traveling as a young solo-female. Rooms are just as pictured if not better.
