Very bad experience, very dirty room, cupboard was broken, spider cobwebs were not cleaned, facial tissues were not furnished for the first couple of days.

Upon arriving at the hotel around 10:30 PM, I was informed by the front desk that my reserved room was no longer available and that I had been “upgraded” to two separate rooms. This arrangement was not acceptable, as I was not willing to split up our family. The manager stated that the room I originally booked and paid for was unavailable and offered the option to leave and receive a full refund. Based on this assurance, we left the premises. However, when I later followed up to claim the refund, the manager declined. As our visit was only for one day, I was unable to return to the hotel to resolve the issue in person. Additionally, the condition of the hotel was extremely concerning. Several rooms had broken windows boarded up, and many doorknobs appeared to have been tampered with or replaced with makeshift locks. The overall environment felt unsafe and poorly maintained. Fortunately, I recorded the conversation with the manager in which she clearly stated that a full refund would be issued due to the hotel’s error. I intend to hold the hotel accountable based on this evidence.

Well, it said that it had Wi-Fi and there was literally one bar so even when I was online, it kept cutting out the wallpaper had patches all over it. A big hole in the wall that was patched up with nails wallpaper was peeling off up in the corner paint on the door jams were completely chipped, and it only had one light switch which turned all the lights off or all the lights on which meant if you wanted to charge your phone next to the bed, you have to have the switch on and therefore there was three big lights right above the sink that were super bright and he couldn’t turn off separately. It was probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at, but like I said, the beds were comfortable. It seemed to be clean, but there wasn’t much in there to clean.

I had fallen in your parking lot and the parking space that was signed to me and my friend was small. It would have been nice to get a bigger parking spot for a big vehicle. We weren’t driving a mid size vehicle. The room had no coffee machine and the wiring and outlets were loose.!my friend and I were very unhappy.
