The house and outdoor area offer access to wonderful outdoor opportunities for walking trail, lakes, biking or walking along the river and 5 min to Pitt Meadows Golf Club and 10 min away from Golden Eagle Golf Club in a very quite area with beautiful mountain view. We are located 400m to the Pitt River Dyke trail where you can enjoy a long walk/bike around Pitt River. Multiple blueberry, apples, etc. farms for u-pick. We are 8.5 km away from Fremont Village shopping center where you can find Costco, Walmart, multiple restaurants. or 7 km away from Meadows Mall Centre where you can find Cineplex Movie Theater, Superstore and more.
It is equipped with high-speed internet, TVs,laundry, and a fully kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Best of all, you'll have exclusive access to a private fenced outdoor area, with hot tub, patio that is open year-round, hot tub and fire pit.
