Great location, walkable for everything in Valletta, and easy to get from the hotel to the relatively flat sections of Merchants' Street and Republic Street if the steeper parts of the city are a concern. A nice room and comfortable beds, and incredibly warm, kind, helpful, and welcoming (but never pushy or overbearing) staff. Everyone at breakfast made us feel like we were visiting friends or family, we were truly sorry to say goodbye at the end of our stay!

There is nothing I can criticise with regards to the Hotel Gomerino. On arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was a great size with a seperate sitting area. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and professional. A huge thing in this Hotels favour is that it is 1 minute walk away from all the restaurants and bars in Merchant St, however we never heard any noise. A great boutique hotel.

Beautiful in great position for exploring Valletta. Staff were so friendly and helpful, excellent breakfasts. Lovely rooftop area with pool and loungers, could not fault this hotel at all.

Excellent location right at the heart of Valletta close to just about everything. Plenty of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Rooftop small pool and loungers with a stunning view of the harbour. Breakfast was included with a good range of hot food from the menu. Nice little bar. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. Great location and walkable to sights and dining. Daily breakfast in the dining room was excellent and included. Construction across the street during the day created unnecessary noise but the closed windows blocked it. Unfortunately, we wanted to keep our balcony door open for the breeze but had to limit doing so. However, this was a minor inconvenience to the overall appeal of the hotel.

Two friends and their daughters, three night stay

My daughter and I have just had a wonderful stay here with my friend and her daughter. Elkin on the front desk was very helpful when I contacted the hotel before our stay, arranging for my friend’s and our rooms to be close to each other, which they really were, and we were even surprised to have a balcony room ourselves, which was spacious and pretty, looking out onto the street. The hotel’s location was excellent, and we soon got used to finding our way around beautiful Valletta over the course of our three night stay. Breakfast was really very good, and the serving staff charming and attentive. The indoor pool was a little chilly, so we were a bit disappointed not to be able to use that, but the rooftop pool was stunning, and the water temperature, in spite of the air temperature not being particularly high, was fine. The girls managed to stay in there happily for an hour and a half one evening, while my friend and I enjoyed a coffee from the bar up there. The views were spectacular. Overall, a wonderful holiday, and we were thrilled we definitely picked the right hotel! Thank you. We made many happy memories.

Very nice hotel with modern facilities. Staff are extremely professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel location is very convenient to all major attractions, shopping, and fine dinning. The rooftop bar with swimming pool has a stunning view. My wife and I had a nice time in Malta and plan to come back and will stay at the Gromeco Hotel again.

Wonderful Property!

Wonderful hotel experience with lovely service. The rooms are very comfortable and the in-bathroom tub are both very deep and long so great for tall people. The breakfast was very good and the mains were made to order - lovely touch. While much of the facility lives up to its 4/5 star rating and I would definitely stay again, there were a few small details that while not a big deal at all, are expected in a highly rated hotel. For example, a number of times my water was not refilled when the room was cleaned. Of course, this was fixed right away when I let the front desk know, but it is these small details that help a hotel maintain a reputation as a luxury property. The location of the hotel is phenomenal with many sites in easy walking distance. A great number of dining options are available right near by. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was really nice. It is located right near Termini which is a pretty pack noisy area by the train station. Convenient for transport though. There are multiple places to eat around the hotel, some touristy and some not. The hotel staff was nice.

Great 4* hotel at reasonable price

Great 4* hotel in the centre of Valletta, close to everything you need for a short break. Comfortable, clean room with a view over the street. Good restaurants nearby. Great a la carte breakfast. Hotel has an indoor pool on -1 and outdoor rooftop pool with a bar. This has panoramic views over Valletta harbour.
