The location and size were amazing. Loved it overall, but the cleanliness could definitely use some work. I spilled water on the ground and when I wiped it up my tissue was black and brown, defined hasn’t been mopped in a long time. Also very dusty on the second floor, I put my luggage down for two seconds and it got covered in dust. If you’re willing to do a clean yourself when you get there then it’s worth it.

“Bunkhouse” is the small, cute Western-themed rooms in a former motel across the road from the main inn. CLEAN. Shower a bit small, with hot and cold reversed from normal. Bathroom door is painted to look like a wooden outhouse. The annex also has bigger rooms. The biggest and nicest rooms are in the main buildings.

Wow I was amazed, beautiful spot, easy to find, extremely clean, and our first time in a Tiny home! This was a perfect stop for us on our way to the Grand Canyon! The only things I would have done differently:1. Get there during the day, would have made things a bit easier. 2. Stop and shop before getting there, not many stores near by.Other than that this place was great! Items 1&2 above all on me, poor planning in my part!
