The rooms were very small there is nowhere to put you luggage. There’s a kitchenette which is pointless since the room is so small. Additionally the hallway very hot and humid. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance which was very nice. There is street parking that is free but not always easy to get. I would probably not stay at this hotel again.

This property is well located near the center of arts and sciences and right across from Turia park, which is great for walks and bike rides. The hotel rooms are fairly small and have an inconvenient design and lack of practicality but overall the hotel is a good price, clean and friendly staff .

Great hotel and staff

This hotel is fantastic. Do you know why? The staff. Simply put, nothing is too much trouble. From the moment you arrive everybody is super friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and spacious. The cleaners are smiley and even brought me an iron when I had creased my t shirt. The breaksfast is great offering choices for adults and kids. When our taxi was late this morning at 4am the guy on reception kept apologising as if it was hia fault..it wasn't! He ordered another taxi and we got to the airport on time. Location is great amd near to the shops and restaurants Thanks so much, we will definitely be back soon!

Good hotel close to City of Arts

Nice clean rooms with plenty of space. We were upgraded to a family room on arrival which included a sofa and kitchenette which was useful. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent location with an elevator, across from the arts & sciences complex. Lots of eating choices nearby and the breakfast was delicious; not buffet, cooked to order. Street parking behind the hotel.

Great stay in Valencia

Great place located in a great area. Near the center of the city, close to all museums, very lovely and lovely area. The staff were great to interact with. Super friendly 🙂. The breakfast was unexpectedly good. It's located on the adjacent sushi restaurant. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC unit in the room made for a comfortable stay. Overall would recommend this place to anyone.

This girl was perfect! Right across the park from the amazing architecture. The staff was great at explaining the city, sights and transportation. Free parking right in front.

Friendly staff. Only supplied coffee for first day then you had to pay for it. In 4 decades of travel, this was a first and didn’t sit well with us. Also no tissue or face clothes. The coffee part is enough to say not staying here again. Seems like we were slightly ripped off.
