When we first arrived we asked reception where the car park was. The receptionist was rude, abrupt and unhelpful until pressed to provide more details. And this was to a Spanish speaking guest. The room itself was basic. The TV had no streaming services. There were no complimentary robes to wear and the pool was tiny for a big hotel and drinks were banned from the area. Also it took 15-30 minutes to get a waiter to buy a drink. Needing us to go to the bar and ask if someone could serve us. Overall for a 4 star hotel it was terrible. If I paid for a 2 star it would meet my expectations.

This is possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in this price point. To start let me say that the hotel staff is very nice and friendly. I was shocked by the hotel itself for starters. The room was very bland with only a mural behind the bed but other than that, no pictures- nothing ! Then the room did not even have a coffee maker, nothing for making tea. The hotel itself was so humid it was uncomfortable. It wasn’t better in the hotel room as the thermostat would automatically turn off so I would wake up sweaty and miserable, the walls and windows are so thin you can hear every conversation in the hallway and hear all the noise from the street. To make matters worse, the bed frame was not attached to the wall so every time I tried to sit up in bed the the bed would push away from the wall leaving a gap between my body and the wall- ridiculous !! Then there’s the so called restaurant, the restaurant seating area is not in use as they really don’t have restaurant. They have a bar that serves bites/ finger food( salad, burgers, pizza , etc). You eat at either the tables provided by the bar or outside on the patio. As advertised the hotel has a spa area and a gym but guests do not have automatic access to it . To enjoy these amenities you have to pay an additional 18 Euros. I got access to the spa and found that there’s not much there. The spa has many problems so not worth the cost. I will not return.

This hotel was great! Great location with comfortable facilities. We booked a family room and were given 2 adjoining rooms which was a pleasant surprise. Each room was big enough that they could have fit all 4 of us in one! The showers in the rooms were great with actual powerful flow, as powerful as the ones at home and definitely better than any I've experienced in other hotels. Breakfast buffet was really good with a wide selection. Two outdoor pools, one small shallow pool for the little kids to splash about in and one bigger pool for the older kids and adults. The indoor pool is part of the spa and comes at an extra cost and is for adults only (i didn't use it so can't comment). There is a tiny gym available which you don't need to pay for. I did make use of it but even by hotel gym standards it's pretty poor but as a casual gym goer who was just trying to burn off a little of the extra holiday food i was eating it was fine. Location was perfect for us. Its based next to the oceanarium and science museum both within a ten minute walk. Shopping centre just round the corner and plenty of local shops and eateries within walking distance as well. Bus stop right in front takes you to the zoo. We took a taxi to the beach - it was only a ten minute drive. Overall it was a wonderful stay

I arrived and my AC unit was not working, resulting in my room being hotter than outside. It took roughly two hours for maintenance to "fix", however, it still remained very warm in my room. On top of that, there was a large crack in the closet mirror, the faucet in the shower had green mold at its head, the hallway's walls had holes in them, the hallway's carpet was stained and dirty, and the elevator's glass wall had a HUGE crack (4 feet high), which made us constantly feel unsafe when using. The pool area did not have any lounge chairs, resulting in people having to sit on the floor. Lastly, the "breakfast" was horrible, the food was cheap, it had an odor, and much of the meats were undercooked. Overall I do NOT recommend staying here, and I personally requested a refund.
