After reading multiple reviews on this hotel I was excited to stay there, unfortunately, it did not live up to a 4 star hotel standard. Room and hotel was clean, location was great, close or walkable to most areas. On Expedia it is stayed that the hotel has "2 outdoor pools", this is incorrect information. It had one outdoor pool which was small and filthy. Leaves and stones in it, I never seen it cleaned and we stayed in this hotel for it's pool which was disappointing. Check in staff were not helpful and dismissive, we had to find things out by checking the website as they never explained anything. Bar staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and location was good but definitely not a 4 star hotel standard. No iron or kettle in the room, shower leaked. No stairs for getting down from the room, only lifts which were always busy even with 3. Fir the price paid I feel this hotel was overpriced and did not live up to expectations.

It was very noisy due to the busy road, and although we received an upgraded room, it was unfortunately in front of the road. This was the only thing we didn't like; everything else was great.

The gym equipment was not in good operating condition. The resistance on the stationary bike could not be adjusted to a sufficient degree (pad worn out). And the elliptical trainer was loose and creeky.

A really nice hotel to stay at and use as a base to explore Valencia. The team were helpful at breakfast with gluten free options too. We would recommend and will stay again. Would have like water bottle fill station/ points in line with sustainable policy. But that is the only improvement

Excellent Stay

We only stayed one night, mostly to try and escape the noise from the city center since the Fallas festival was happening. It was extremely comfortable (huge rooms), and the staff were really nice. The room service breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay longer next time!
