Overall, our stay was okay mainly because of the convenient location, but unfortunately the condo itself did not justify the price we paid for four nights. (Pictures attached)The unit is very outdated and worn in many aspects — from the furniture and plumbing to the kitchen equipment. The condo is also quite cluttered with old furniture, some of which is visibly worn or falling apart. Several chairs were broken and there were chipped glass-top tables and sharp metal and glass corners, which made the space feel unsafe, especially since we were traveling with a child.Another concern is the layout of the bedroom. The pathway between the bed and the dressers is extremely narrow, with hard corners very close together. It requires constant caution when walking through, particularly at night, as it would be easy for someone to bump into something and get hurt.The shower in the bedroom bathroom was not working during our stay. We did notify the manager, and they said a plumber could come the next day, but the timing didn’t work for us since we were not comfortable having someone enter the unit while we were out. The second bathroom is also extremely tight — it’s difficult to even sit on the toilet normally due to the limited space.Overall, the location is very convenient and we still had a good time in Vail, but the condo itself feels very old and in need of a full renovation. With the price charged for the stay, we expected a much better maintained and updated property.
