"非常に寒い日で早くチェックインしたかったのに、まず何度インターホンでフロントを呼び出しても応答しない。フロントが開けてくれないと建物の中にも入れないタイプなのに、駐車場で震えながら結構待ちました。最終的に自己判断で電話してやっと降りてくるとのこと。 明らかにイレギュラーな呼び出し方にも関わらず、申し訳なさそうなそぶりもなく待たせたことをろくに謝罪もしない。 車で来たのか確認され、来たと答えると本日は満車ですと一言。駐車場は三台くらい空いていて、停めていることを説明するも満車ですの一点張りでそれ以上なんの説明もなく押し問答。 要領を得なかったので、とにかくチェックインを進めるよう言って話を終わらせました。 ..."
