Room has been recently renovated. Was lovely and clean and modern. Bistro was great and fantastic value. Only thing I can fault them on was the outdoor patio needed a sweep and I assume it will be next on the list for a makeover.

The staff in all areas are polite helpful and friendly. The meals are delicious and beautifully presented and prepared, the dining room staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable the beds were comfortable and good pillow choice. It has beautiful grounds and is very peaceful.

The unit was very clean and comfortable as being just refurbished. Lovely to sit out on balcony over looking lake. Not too much noise except from surrounding wild life. Close to Botanic gardens and bakery/cafe across road.

We love the size of family room an how clean it was an affordable but being under construction with Reno’s of main bar there was some noise from locals drinking an smoking near rooms but we will rebook in the future

When your there from 2 till 10, the sleep matters

Mattresses on queen beds are extremley soft and very difficult to get a good night sleep. Apart from that, the upgrades are awesome, food great and staff went above and beyond to make it a great stay.

Beautiful lake are in front of the apartments, plenty of parking spaces. Bottle shop on site and bistro, close to the Urangan Pier with plenty of dining options.

Internet is forgotten about here, tried calling for desk service that was supposed to be available until 4am and non existent. No foxtel in the rooms you have to go the bar to watch sport when you not want to. Not the accommodation we would revisit.

Stayed overnight and stayed in one of the newly renovated room. Firstly, the lady who checked us in was very friendly and polite. The room was modern, clean and bed was super comfortable. Shower had a great rain shower head with great pressure and hot water. Having the hotel next door was perfect for a quite drink and dinner.
