While not necessarily unique, the property was CLEAN. The sheets, shower curtain, and the room in general was clean. My must haves for a room is cleanliness and safety. I felt safe in the room with the locks on the door.

This place was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Shady and private with a tiny creek adding ambiance. We’ll be back!

Charming in every way

The room was not cleaned good and the tub was nasty. And didn’t have a plastic shower curtain in it just the material one and water got on the floor and the floors was nasty

My family and I had a splendid stay at The Magnolia House! We were greeted by a huge wrap around porch, vast grounds, a fire pit and many other amenities. The property also offered spacious rooms, a beautiful updated kitchen and loads of Alabama character as there were pops of Alabama history throughout the home! Brad, our host, was communicative & responsive from the time of the booking until the completion of our stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Brad and May’s property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!
