Service is excellent. Staff at Evolution are all really good. Special mention to Lia and all in breakfast service. Reception staff also helpful and gives good advice on where to go.

An exceptional place to stay upon arrival as a transition into Bali life and tempo. Excellent villas, brilliant chef, great staff.

Excellent resort, not a lot to complain about on site, but it may not be what you're looking for if you plan on going around visiting Bali. It's a little out of the way and traffic is pretty atrocious unless you're heading out early in the morning (before 11 AM). My visit was for an event and it ended up being difficult every time we needed to head out. Calling for a ride can take quite some time, and going anywhere required at least 40 minutes to an hour. I highly recommend this location if you plan on remaining on resort for the majority of the time, it is very comfortable and services are excellent.

The hotel offers an amazing dining experience at its restaurant, with delicious food that exceeded expectations. Additionally, there’s a charming café nearby for a change of pace. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing to the boutique hotel’s warm and personalized atmosphere. Being a smaller hotel, the staff takes the time to remember most guests, tailoring their service to meet individual needs, which makes the stay feel even more special.
