Clean room, good breakfast, polite staff.

Spectacular in many ways, but not without a few disappointments. The Museum Hotel is undeniably beautiful — the views over Cappadocia are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise when the hot air balloons fill the sky. The service overall was fantastic, and I really appreciated the thoughtful gestures throughout my stay — from the complimentary bottle of wine and desserts to the chocolates left in my room. My room was also upgraded on arrival, and I even got to choose the one I wanted, which was such a lovely touch. The Michelin-starred restaurant was mind-blowing — genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Every course was exceptional, and the staff were wonderful. The spa was also incredible, and the hotel’s overall charm and sense of history make it truly unique. However, there were a few things that left me disappointed. My cave room, while authentic, felt quite eerie and dusty, which made it harder to relax. The activities offered through the hotel are extremely overpriced — about triple what you’d pay elsewhere for a private tour, and the “full-day” option ended up lasting only three hours. The takeaway breakfast was also surprisingly poor — just a few pieces of bread in a box and bad coffee, which really didn’t align with the hotel’s otherwise high standards. Good room. Good service and attendence. Excellent view of balloons in morning. Clean and spacious bathroom

Great room with friendly staff. Both restaurants are excellent. The location is outstanding with a great view of the valley.

This is a MUST when coming to Cappadocia! I can’t say enough about the staff, the service, the food, and of course the view 😍
