Excellent room, noticeably better than most hotels -- a bit bigger, better condition, nicer beds, just all-around higher quality than most. Very clean. And maybe it was just the nice weather, but when the AC unit came on, it generally only had to stay on briefly, and then it was quiet again for a long time -- and it stayed very comfortable. It was also quite a bit quieter than most other hotels. Plus, on the ground floor, the rooms have patio doors opening right by the parking lot, which makes it easier to load and unload. On top of that, you can go out the back door and are only about 30' from the door of the bar & grill next door, which has good food, drinks, and service. I truly wish all hotels were this nice!

Was great to have a place to stay while visiting family for the weekend and where we could have our dogs. House was clean and fenced in yard is great! Beds were very comfortable. Everything from getting there to leaving was seamless and we had no issues while there. Thank you Travis for having this home available for those of us who travel to the area!

Absolutely loved this place!! If I wasn't out of time, I would definitely consider staying longer.

A nice, spacious furnished apartment in small town Iowa is rare find. A great experience here.

Property was perfect for a long weekend in the area close enough to Fort Dodge and Storm Lake for family and Wedding.
