Tweed Escape is a spacious three-bedroom home, ideally located across from the Tweed River!

This ground level duplex comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living area. Plus your dog is welcome to join you while you relax on holidays!

Spend your mornings in the sun on the front patio with views across the parkland to the water.

The living area features reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings and smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi.

The kitchen has been modernized and comes equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays including dishwasher and coffee machine.

Meals can be enjoyed inside or alfresco under the covered entertaining area with gas BBQ. There is a fully fenced yard for kids and a dog to play.

There are 3 bedrooms – master with queen bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ensuite, second bedroom with a queen bed.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids with 1 queen bed and 2 king singles, plus access to the second TV/ media room. All rooms have ceiling fans for year round comfort.

There is a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also driveway parking for one car.

Enjoy swimming or fishing in the Tweed River, or take a nice, flat bike ride or stroll into Coolangatta to enjoy the surf beaches.

There are a range of restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs to choose from between Tweed and Coolangatta and its only a 6 minute drive to the Gold Coast airport.

One dog is welcome to join you on holidays, however is not permitted in the 2 carpeted bedrooms, or on any beds or furniture. Dogs must not be left alone at the property at any time and all waste must be removed on departure.
