Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The rooms and bathroom felt uncomfortable to use, and overall maintenance was below standard. Proper heating was not provided; the main heating system was not working, and we were expected to rely on air conditioning, which was insufficient and unhealthy, especially in cold weather. This is a serious issue for a property located in the Kaz Mountains. Breakfast was also disappointing and did not reflect the quality or authenticity one would expect from this region. The only positive point was the staff — they were kind, attentive, and genuinely tried to help despite these shortcomings.

The room was cold, the balcony door didn't close properly and the wind blew in the room all night. The hotel didn't answer any questions, it turned out that the restaurant wasn't working and we had to look for dinner in the dark in an unknown place.

Bugüne kadar konakladığımız en güzel otellerden biriydi diyebilirim. Sanki doğanın ortasında bir vaha gibiydi. Odaların yemyeşil bahçeye açılması, temizliği, rahatlığı ve konforu ile gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabilirsiniz.

Orion Adatepe’de mükemmel bir 4 gün geçirdik. Dekorun ve ambiyansın harika olmasının yanı sıra odalarda ikram olarak bulunan kahvelerin, çayların kalitesi, şampuandan vücut losyonuna kadar hiçbir şeyde kaliteden ödün verilmemesine bayıldık. Buradan memnuniyetsiz ayrılmak pek olasılık dahilinde değil :)
