The Turin Palace Hotel is very beautiful. The lobby, bar area, restaurant areas are so beautiful. The staff is very helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. We were so impressed by the extras they provided. My husband had the fish and chips. They were delicious. I had the spaghetti. The flavor was amazing and paired beautifully with the wines by the glass. The hotel room was fabulous. No complaints whatsoever. We would stay here over and over. A plus, Porta Nuova Train Station is right across the street!!

This is a lovely hotel. It is right by the train station, so super convenient. The staff were all AMAZINGLY friendly. I was traveling solo and they made me feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again, if back in Turin!

The hotel facility is lovely and updated and the staff was polite and kind, without exception. We were very happy with the room with the only exception being that the air conditioning wasn't cool enough for comfortable sleeping. The public spaces are lovely and the breakfast room and offering is exceptional. The hotel has good external lighting at night, adding to a feeling of safety.
