I checked into the hotel and was immediately disappointed. The first room had a strong smell of marijuana, so I requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issues: the TV wouldn't work. The manager had his son try to fix it, and while it worked for about an hour, it broke down again. Additionally, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the light fixture in the bathroom of room 108 was hanging precariously from the ceiling. Overall, my experience was quite unsatisfactory.

I've stayed at SureStay Plus many times over the last couple of years. Always clean rooms and the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Nice breakfast buffet too. Highly recommend

Time for an update

It was clean-ish, by which I mean a lot of the upholstered furniture was old and stained, in both the public areas and in my room. Definitely time for a refresh. But the bathroom and all surfaces in my room were spotless.
