All of the workers were helpful and very nice. The pool and guest laundry machines were down and we had super pleasant help with the sister hotel across the street and able to use their amenities. Hotel was clean, room was bigger in size than typical hotel room. Overall very pleasant and great location.

Never had a remote for the TV, and I asked the front desk twice for it. First time she told me that she didn't have one because it was so late when I checked in, so she would get me one in the morning, but I never got one. I asked the afternoon lady for one as well, she told me she would have housekeeping bring one.. never came so 2 days with nothing to watch... appreciate that!!!

We arrived and stayed one night upon arrival and check in front desk clerk charged me $75 incidental hold then stated it should of only been $25 then said she would give us free breakfast I then explained we would have to leave before breakfast was ready at 6 am for my daughters games she gave it to us anyways which we couldn’t use it. Arrived to our room it was nice and clean the ac was leaking and the carpet was wet other than that is was a great stay.

The staff were not polite at all. I told them we booked the hotel because they had an indoor pool and hot tub when we’re checking into our room. We were not informed that the pool was under construction until after we checked into our room and changed only to go down there and see a closed sign on the pool. The same receptionist says yea the pool is under renovation right now. We didn’t get a complementary breakfast or anything for the inconvenience.

From first initial impressions it was amazing and beautiful. The hotel was very fancy and the rooms were also very nice. Had trouble getting the shower to work and ended up having to shower standing up with the faucet running. The bathtub wouldn’t drain either. That wasn’t nothing big so I blew it off. At 12:30 in the morning I looked over and a bed bug was crawling on my pillow. That did it for me. I understand things happen that can’t be helped but it was disappointing and disgusting. They were very nice and moved us to another room. The tv wouldn’t work in that room and never could get anyone to come fix it. The next morning we realized none of the outlets worked in the bathroom. I purchased 2 rooms and my brother and his family was in the first room we was in right next to us. That next morning my nephew woke up covered in bites. I felt like they should have given me some money back for all the trouble but they said because of going through hotels.com they couldn’t. Just be careful!!
