Something had my allergies on 10 the entire time i was there. I am just now able to breathe through my nose. The desk chair in the room was missed in the clean before me and i saw & killed what appeared to be a bed bug. I was in a pinch but unfortunately I will not return. The staff was pleasant and at least I felt safe.

The floors were dirt, had paint all over them, as well as debris. There were socks that were not ours in our room, the windows looked like they had never been cleaned. Base boards in the hall were missing. Staff was friendly and it was a good price though.

I checked in on the fifth stayed that night and then on the sixth of November and the middle of the night I got woke up to someone trying to come in my room. The hotels tried to give my room to someone else. And then the manager, or whoever was working, came, knocking on my door and tried to come barging in. Saying there’s no record of me being in the system and that I shouldn’t be there asking if I even paid for the room and was trying to get me kicked out. It is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hotel in my entire life. I will never be back at this Hotel ever again, and would really like a refund.

The room was clean, but we could smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. They were in the middle of a remodel so the place looked rough. The pool was a ridiculous excuse for a pool. Also the water pressure was like taking a shower in a mist.

The room I was placed in was NOT ready to be rented. It was still under construction as the majority of the hotel was. Blood on the door, on the bed, no towels no soap, toilet was overflowing with dirty brown water. The entire hotel was filthy. Drywall all over the halls, construction workers at 11 pm working, I was completely blown away by all of this. We were finally moved to a decent room midway thru our kiddos showering. Terrible stay.

2 times I stayed in this hotel , both times the ac didn’t cool the rooms , 1 time . I was I. A room with no coffee pot , the next the bed was on the ground.

The staff were pleasant and all but had way to many weird things happen. First someone came into my room and made a mess, and staff heard voices frol my room when i wasnt there. Then when they switched my room, the toilet was broken and kept running. Apart feom the nice staff, i would never come back
