Very good

Room had nothing, no lotion, coffe maker etc. it had a cooker/hot top but absolutely no dish ware or utensils. The front desk staff explained that the hotels caters to long term guests who usually bring their own stuff. Also, the said hotel doesn’t accept cash. My plan was to secure the reservation with my debit card and then pay cash at check out. The towels were of the thinnest and cheapest variety. The only thing good about this hotel was the fact that’s brand new. The kind size bed I got was uncomfortable. The bedding was just awful. The spring was visible and noisy. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I had to after this stay and attitude of staff.
The property was clean and looked like the photos. Very good amenities. Would stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The room was nice, clean, and close to the doctor's office where we had an appointment. The only negative was the entrace and other doors are not wheelchair accessible. I witnessed a man in a wheelchair struggling to open the door. I believe a hotel by medical facilities would be more easily accessible.
Room had hair in shower, on floor, and some in room. Otherwise, nice room. Even had refrigerator and stove. Very courteous young lady at front desk when I checked in. Laundry room available to guests. Gym as well. I will be staying here again in the future whenever I am in Tucson.
The hotel was wonderful. It is new and clean. I did not give the hotel 5 stars was the lack of any amenities in the room. There was no hair dryer, ironing board or iron, no coffee pot..I had a stove and refrigerator and no utensils to use them. A wonderful shout out to the night person Sanja. She was amazing.
Clean rooms and relatively new building. Walls are a bit thin. Not terribly so but you can hear other guests nearby. But otherwise a great, secure location by the medical buildings.
