This Property has full kitchen, free wifi, Big Back Yard, Room for Rv, Covered Patio for entertaining, A/C and heat ( 0f Course ) Off Street parking, Washer / Dryer inside casita, Tv, Direct Tv- and much more — !! Alvernon Park is just a block away and El Con Mall is just a few minutes away. You can’t be more centrally locates to everything worthy of doing in Tucson than this Neighborhood!!



GUEST ACCESSS

Guest have access to the entire house, lovely front and back porch, fully fenced back yard, and off street parking for 2 cars. There is plenty of space behind the house and in the driveway to park an RV (though not covered).

We live in the neighborhood and are available any time for questions. That being said, we enjoy privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out to us with questions, we will happily leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. Only a few blocks away from the largest park in Tucson ( Reid Park), Reid Park Zoo, the driving range and golf course, as well as just a few minutes from downtown and of course the University of Arizona. Public transportation is close as well as a cute little neighborhood park is right around the corner. If you have a chance, take a walk or bike ride around the Peter Howell neighborhood we are a part of and enjoy all the beautiful homes. (It is a very lovely neighborhood).
