It was a very nice room, clean and staff was prompt. They have an arcade that apparently had not been open for 6 months, which bummed my 12byear old out. The pool was warm and clean, but they did a crap job setting out umbrellas and making it welcoming. I don't care if it's off season. There is no hotel bar, they said we could use the pool at the resort which was underwhelming (maybe we are spoiled we are from Phoenix and it doesn't look like a resort pool to me just a nice pool) no working bar there either. Not that we need to booze it up but a cocktail would be nice. In fact we weren't allowed to have any drinks there lol. Also no food. The casino is cute, some good options. it's fine. Won't stay again. Advertise amenities, but when you get there, there are not available.

I got diagnosed with strep throat so I was unable to attend the wedding of a family member in Tucson. I tried to contact the hotel to see if i was able to cancel and get a refund, but nobody ever got back to me. I should have just went and stayed in the hotel to spread my strep throat.

Customer service was beyond terrible. Had to get a large portion of stay refunded. Staff was extremely rude. No room service. No microwave. No room cleaning. No pool service. Dirty pool. Extremely bad experience. Would not promote tbh is property on Expedia what so ever.
