The rooms were so clean and the pillows on the beds were so nice. Not it all flat and cheap. The bathroom was very clean and shower was very clean. You can tell they take their time to really clean these rooms. I was very impressed

A warm friendly welcome is usually a standard in a hotel or it should be if staff correctly managed . In this occasion it was far from friendly or warm. It seemed I was an inconvenience & muttered & mumbled through the entire check in process to the point of being rude
