Room is clean but housekeeping is detailed of what they do example missing toilet paper, i had to request new towel but security guard is very helpful no complaint there, front desk is excellent , Breakfast buffett not so good, not a lot of variety of good, same food everyday,

The staff is friendly and efficient, the property is clean and quiet and the hotel is in a generally safe area. My room was clean and the AC worked very well. While the property could use some upgrades, I was quite comfortable and satisfied for the value. The staff is excellent. Both times I’ve stayed here they were available and accommodating when I checked out very early. They got me a taxi and checked me out promptly so I could make my connections.

No doubt this is one of the best hotels in Iloilo City. The location is remarkably great. You are in between the city center and the international airport. Next to the hotel is the SM City shopping mall where you can dine and shop till you drop. At the back of the hotel is the newly developed Festive Walk Iloilo by Megaworld which used to be the old Mandurriao airport.

My room was clean and organized. It was cleaned everyday with drinking water bottles provided. And the most impressive are the staff. Very professional and friendly. They are readily available and willing to help with any needs you may have. SM City is literally across the street from the hotel and a 7/11 in the building. I highly recommend InJap Tower Hotel.
