The Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach was the best resort that we have ever stayed at. Everything was a step above. The facilities were magnificent, the food was fantastic and the people were the friendliest and most helpful that we have ever experienced. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

What a stellar experience! From the moment we stepped foot into the resort, we were welcomed with so much warmth and enthusiasm from every single staff member. I made a note that this trip was for my girlie's birthday, and they decorated our bed with rose petals, filled our bathtub w flowers, and even delivered a cake to our door while singing happy birthday. Denny, the manager, ensured everyone on the team was working in unison and now that we're at another resort in Uluwatu, we can't wait for our next trip back here at Wapa Di Ume in Ubud. Trust me, I rarely leave reviews- good or bad- but this was well worth it! This is the kind of resort that will shape your entire Bali experience.

staff friendly and accomodating, room service good, overall very happy with everything, the only thing that could improve are the pillows, they need to be replaced.

We stayed 5 days at Alila Semimyak, we were impressed with twice a day housekeeping and unlimited amount of drinking water, great amenities, cleanliness and the super nice staff. It happened that I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was surprised with a birthday cake and a card from the staff in our room
