Originally I was booked for 6 nights of stay, unfortunately we had to change the flight due to the typhoon problems that the hotel extended two more nights for the same room for us without any question. The shops and public transportation around the hotel are very convenient. Such as MTR station, coach to Macau or China as well as shopping malls. The staff services are excellent and polite. I definitely will book them again on my next visit.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The staff was unhelpful and rude, particularly Kitty from reservations. She showed no professionalism or willingness to assist. Due to severe weather, both my United Airlines flight and train were canceled, and I submitted full documentation. Despite this, Kitty refused to make any exceptions or even offer partial assistance, citing the nonrefundable policy with no empathy for the circumstances. I understand policies, but when genuine emergencies happen, hotels that value their guests show some flexibility. Unfortunately, this property chose not to. I will not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic customer service.

It was a very busy area. The staff is not that accommodating. We have been standing in the front desk but we have to wait for these Lady until she finish talking with the other staff like maybe 5 minutes. The Room is decent but you could see that it was old and seems the carpet is not clean. Bed

I would never stay here again! Hallway going to your room smells like cigarette and moldy carpet. Room carpet was stain, sofa was so dirty we didnt even dare sit in it, kitchen dirty, restroom looks like a public restroom , gross and nasty. Photo that they post ate deceiving. I wouldnt even stay here if it was for free. I hsve no clue who would rate this place a 6-8... they should call this a motel and not a hotel.

The hotel was very busy, it seems like a tour group hotel for families going to HK Disneyland. Lobby on 3rd floor, lots of good food restaurants in Lobby, 2nd and 1sr floor, groceries store in Basement…..Nice restaurant on 30th floor with a view.

I like the surroundings easy access to anywhere special the transportation to or from the airports . The the hotel also provides shuttle service to the underground train. Don't like the bathroom n closets not bug enough, carpet is old , need renovations.

Very dated place. Have to run dehumidifier constantly. Strong damp smells in the hallways. Bathtub was cracked. Mould under rubber bath mat that was provided (before we even used it). But they did with what they could. Outside of the bathroom it was decent enough for the price. Size of rooms were very good. Could open up both suitcases on the floor comfortably. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Staffs were great and friendly

Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. I understand it’s an older hotel so the room isn’t in the greatest condition but we overall had a comfortable stay.
