You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

We are about one and a 1/2 miles from downtown and the hot tubs.

This is a 1200 SF mobile home with bedrooms on opposite sides. There is a large living room with one queen bed and one sofa bed and 2 twin beds. that can be set up.

We have a full KITCHEN inside, as well as, an electric BBQ outside.

Please don't smoke in the house, but outside is cool. We are 420 friendly.

Only registered guests are allowed without permission. No parties or events allowed.

Outside security cameras are in use for your safety.

Lots of room for parking including boats, trailers, toys, etc.

If you want to soak, the Hot Springs are less than one mile away, downtown and Elephant Butte Lake is about 7 miles away.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a hot tub or take in the view from a garden.
