The space
With two master suites and a separate In-law Suite, there is no need to flip a coin to decide who gets the bedroom with the ensuite bath. This property is perfect for multi-generational families. Let Grandma and Grandpa take the separate In-law suite, while mom, dad, and the grandkids take the main house.

Our kitchen provides the perfect backdrop for a delicious meal. Spend your time prepping and staring out the front patio doors at Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano - it takes the work right out of the job. Then, enjoy dinner at the dining room table or the outdoor patio table, under a canopy of twinkling lights overhead.

You will have the entire home to yourself.

Allowing others to use our home grants us the freedom to travel around the country. We may not be on-site, but we are available anytime, as needed, by text and telephone. We have helpers in the community who can assist if a need arises that requires someone on-site.

Vistas Del Lago is a uniquely designed gated community overlooking beautiful Lake Arenal and Vulcan Arenal. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountainside while listening to toucans croaking, parrots chirping and monkeys howling in the trees, some of which may be on the property you are staying in.

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However, we have had guests who came without one, and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need, including a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for nightlife, there is also a bar.

An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.

We have plenty of parking area.

This community has 24-hour gated access. On-site security provides peace of mind that you and your belongings will be safe and secure.
The community is gated so that access will be initially granted by security. A gate fob will be provided to you for easy access in and out of the community.
No smoking, no parties

Approved pets must be on leash in the community and are not permitted on Clubhouse property.
