Not once did anyone ask me how my stay went, and the internet TV didn’t work. I notified two staff persons of this. One said “check in with us tomorrow” and so I did. The second affiliate was kind enough to come up to my room to troubleshoot but upon concluding the port was broken, “they’d send a technician.” I never heard anything about it again. This hotel was very expensive for such poor service. It would be advisable to spend just a bit more at a more reputable brand such as Radisson.
