Luxury accommodations at bargain US prices Hotel is a former monastery and sits amidst miles of corn and potato fields on the bank of a large river. Rooms are large with jetted tubs and face a peaceful garden. Great spa and pool areas. Very good attached restaurant. Staff is young and could use some prepping such as when they tell a guest the restaurant is closed for dinner Sunday night they could volunteer to help the guest get dinner reservations somewhere else.

Endroit parfait pour une escapade

Nous avons découvert un bel établissement dans un environnement enchanteur. Chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée. Jardin et sentier pédestre pour profiter de la nature. Seul bémol, plusieurs visiteurs ne respectent pas la consigne non-fumeur sur les terrasses et balcons des chambres. L'hôtel devrait être plus sévère à cet égard car nous n'avons pu profiter pleinement de notre terrasse pour cette raison. Message aux fumeurs : SVP faire preuve de respect !

Staff was not helpful. Pool area is very small and pool not swimmable for an adult. They asked we pay extra for the spa even though it is listed as an amenity. The annex in which we were accommodated did not have an elevator. Restaurant was under construction.

I appreciated that they left a dog bed and welcome kit in the room; I did advise that my dog would be with me prior to arrival. We also loved the rooftop terrasse, it was so peaceful in the morning.

An old monastery turned hotel, beautiful. Thermal spa was an added treat and not busy at all! Restaurant food was very good. Highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful property- we thought the place was beautiful pulling in. We had to be moved because there wasn’t working AC in our room and the room we were moved to was equally bad (and much smaller).
