The room was very clean and staff was friendly.

Staff was amazing and very well positioned property. The only constructive criticism is if you are claiming to be environmentally conscious property with your initiative, i.e: low pressure showers and offering not to change towels and clean the room daily, don’t charge the same fee for guests that support these initiatives versus the guests that do not. Please have some skin in the game before touting green initiatives for your guests.

I don’t usually rate the hotels I’ve stayed in because I’ve generally always been satisfied. Most the front desk staff were not very friendly and helpful and at times I would have to wait for them to get off of their handy/mobile to help me. When we checked in and went to our room, there was vomit stains on the side of the base of one of the beds. I went down and asked them if they could clean it and they say “right away”. We stayed four nights and it was still not cleaned. When the cleaning person came to eventually clean it (on the very last day), she was however very friendly and very nice and apologetic. I don’t think she received a message to clean it from the front desk. The staff quite often stands at the front of the building smoking and to enter the building, you always have to walk through their cloud of smoke. Price was good so I suppose I received what I paid for.

This is right next to the train station, and although the trains are quiet you can still hear them through the walls. No mini fridge. Otherwise I’m happy with my stay.

Not having any personal contact possibilities was a bit irritating but it worked out alright.
