Good hotel. No frills and no amenities in the bathroom a little poor. Careful this place gets busy/loud on Saturday nights - it’s part of the Casino resort. Great for drinks in bar for sunset and easily near enough to restaurants

Beautiful place to stay, pool was absolutely beautiful for a morning swim and the rooftop restaurant was a relaxing end to a stressful day for us. Balcony was really nice to sit and have a cuppa. Would love to come back.

Ardo was a pleasant surprise. Our corner ocean view suite was spectacular, and I would have loved to have stayed longer than just the one night. Roof top restaurant had great staff, very attentive and willing to go the extra mile.

Beautiful venue with sensational view. Only gripe is nowhere in hotel to get coffee and only instant coffee in room. The combination is not appropriate for a hotel of this standard. Otherwise really liked it.

Fantastic place to stay in Townsville. Free onsite parking and right next door to The Ville for extra dining options though the restaurants onsite are excellent. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Recommend spending that little more for an Ocean room so you can see the sunsets each night. Rooftop bar was a perfect spot to kick off the night before going out or for a more casual meal. Cannot recommend enough.

The rooms are not sound proof due to construction method. Glass doors are not tinted and can see in from the outside. No 'free to air' TV. Tile floors are not luxurious.

The building is new and looks good. The facilities are a bit lacking as they rely on services from the Casino, which is a short walk. The room service food was very limited and dreadfully overpriced. The place didn’t give us the 5 star luxury feel you would get elsewhere. Staff were accommodating but also very short-staffed. Had to wait 15 minutes for a drink at the rooftop bar and was told could only sit for an hour.

ARDO was fantastic, from the moment we walked in. The smell of Adro is absolutely beautiful, then theres the view, amazing and staff were friendly, helpful and always around to help. The room had all you needed and lots of extras too. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toiletries smell delicious, the only negative for me was the shower water pressure, such a let down for such and amazing shower room.
