This fully updated 1830’s farmhouse is nestled between the village library and Methodist church. Sleeps 8 comfortably (3 queens, 2 twins) and can sleep an additional 4 guests on the full-sized futon and pull out couch. Includes 3 brand new bathrooms and a renovated kitchen!

Family Gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint and charming home. Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of bedrooms and family space to talk and relax. Very well stocked with all the essentials. You just need to bring your food and beverages. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. Nolan and Cat responded very quickly to our communications. If you like small town rural scenic views this is the place for you. We came for a 60th wedding anniversary so our main goal was to visit with family. We highly recommend this property.

Colgate at Syracuse

This house was plenty of room for 12 of us. I did bring a couple air mattresses just so teens didn't have to share beds. There was plenty of room for 2 queen air mattresses in the room where the futon is. It's huge! We enjoyed the open kitchen/dining area. It certainly didn't feel like there was 12 of us there. Thanks for a great stay!
