Book Toto hotels

Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour.

Great. Only let down was lack of privacy on apartments sun terrace

The hotel is spacious, no feeling of crowd, plenty of loungers available. We had all inclusive, plenty of tasty food, no issues at all in the large buffet restaurant

Good location, place is definitely in need of modernisation, pool was good but only open 10-6. Overall ok value but very basic dated rooms also as it’s a bungalow so very open to all sorts of bugs.

The staff we very friendly and great for information about the hotel and so rounding area.

This is a really lovely hotel. Huge pool areas with lots of sunbeds. We had booked half board and the food was really good. A couple of gripes, three euros per day to rent the security box in the room was ridiculous considering how much we paid for the week. Also we chose this hotel as it had four padel courts but none were operational which was really disappointing. We would stay here again.
