Brilliant! Great price. Excellent location. Very clean. Nice staff. I was upgraded to a suite which was actually an accessible room. My complaint about that was the shower got water everywhere and I needed more towels. Otherwise was fantastic. Tv fireplace microwave and fridge. I usually stay elsewhere in Markham but I’ll prob switch over to this place instead.

A wonderful spot, the room photos show a different size of room but that’s okay it was still beautiful My husband is asleep and I wanted to bring food up to him for when he wakes, if had that option would be a bit more convenient, food variety could be re-evaluated Overall a nice place !

The first room war a bit old looking dusty , some lights weren’t working , fridge didn’t work and the was a spider web with the spider in the jacuzzi, and it smelled old and musty !

Honestly hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in ! Great price lots of free things as it should be such as parking , breakfast ! Inc ! The rooms were not loud with hallway noise. The pool was warm the hotel looks so unique easy to find. And the staff were great we have multiple kids and stay often at hotels for trips and I have never been so happy with a stay at any hotel! It’s nothing overly fancy or updated but that’s the unique part of it ! Only thing was my thermostat not working but other then that it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel

Without our consent they had upgraded us to a suite, doubling or cost. It would have been worth if the rooms and the bathroom were properly lit. and the bedroom was tiny and culstrophobic. AC vents were not cleaned for a long period. I definitely regret staying there. Especially after the unauthorized upgrade ripoff. I don’t recommend this location.

Expensive and smaller than other places we have stayed it. Staff were rude. Gave us attitude from the beginning. Location wise: Not very close to gas stations and shopping places.

This is a beautiful property. It's very grand looking. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was clean. We didn't get an opportunity to try the swimming pool or jacuzzi. We did have the complimentary breakfast. I was disappointed in the food choices. They didn't have any hot protein items included. There was a flyer for an additional $8 for eggs/sausages. Unfortunately, there was also no decaffeinated coffee. We also had dinner in the Restaurant on Saturday evening. It was quite busy with patrons in for the Blue Jays game. There was only 1 waitress and NO bartender. We were a table of 7. Service was most definitely lacking. At the end of our meal, I asked to sign our bill to our room. The waitress said she would have to call and see if it "was allowed "?! I was shocked. Really? Then when I added a tip ( because I felt bad that she was on her own trying to serve AND make drinks) she said AGAIN that she'd have to call for authorization?! I've never had this happen at a hotel we're staying at. The front desk had a copy of our credit card. It was very uncomfortable in front of the other guests at our table. The food was good but the whole experience not great.
