Clean Room, staff were lovely, very accommodating and helpful, bed was comfortable, shower was amazing, great water pressure and accessible, breakfast was amazing, staff accommodated my request for breakfast, my only cons would be the hallway was fairly nosey at night and the pool was disappointing simply because there was swimming lessons going on that no one told me about that ruined the quietness of a late night swim. I would stay here agsin though. My first time back since i was a kid and its just as amazing as i remember. Also the free tea/hot water area was amazing. Really appreciate that being available to me. Finally, I loved that the hotel decorated for the holidays made me feel like my home away from home with how warm, comfortable and inviting it was.
