The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were not good but luckily I had packed my own. Literally in the parking lot of the mall and there are lots of dining options close by.

I enjoyed my stay here and it was convenient for Vaughan Mills. It was far less expensive than staying in downtown Toronto (was a 30 minute commute). The hotel is starting to get a bit dated, but was fine. I was startled in the morning though when a patron was upset at the front desk and their vehicle had been stolen in the middle of the night; apparently, there are very few security cameras. I’m glad I parked out front and I might be more inclined to stay at a hotel with more security in the future because of this.

Services included such as tv and phone were not working. Unaware that breakfast was not included and was advised of charge after my child ate breakfast. No sign or anything indicating breakfast was not included. Pool area was very small and crowded with no hot tub. Room was very crowded with limited storage.

Room was basic but small, with odd layout and too much wasted space providing unnecessary shelving and ironing board. Bathroom door was one of those trendy barn doors but it wouldn't close fully which wasn't great for when you wanted privacy. For positives, mall is next door and Canada's Wonderland is within easy driving distance
