The breakfast was sub par. Coffee was make your own from a pod, only 4 ounce cups. Pancake machine was not working. Cold boiled eggs, bagels and toast, some cereal Room was fairly clean but halls and stairs were horrible and were not swept any at all the 4 days we were there.

Not much for breakfast options

Clean room, hotel is well kept. Staff is courteous and helpful. We stay here every time we travel to Indian River.

We have stayed at this property many times and the property was clean and staff friendly as usual. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included as it always was in the past. That was always a draw to the property so have to weigh in future

This place cares. They don’t serve powdered eggs. They crack the eggs themselves. They take pride. It is family owned and operated!!! It’s like your mom is the host

Only negative is the vehicles that stop at the stop sign. About 80% of them have to rev the engine or take off flooring it, you guys ain't that bad! Annoying.
