Hotel shuttle from the airport was easy. Front staff greeted us warmly and professionally. The facility was beautifully decorated. Toiletries were available at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean, yet simple. 4 twin beds all in a row. The room was as a bit warm so we had to turn the air on. It was quiet and had blackout curtains. We packed up and left in the morning .

Great location next to the airport to get off from a long flight and get rest. Restaurant was open at 10-11pm for us to catch a bite. Food was very average. Staff spoke english and was nice and helpful to teach us when the shuttles were. Shuttles to airport were super convenient starting at 5am

The room was clean and larger than the one we stayed at in Yokohama. They had a solid procedure for storing luggage for us before we had to go to the airport. They provided a tour bus for the ride to the airport.
