The hotel is really convenient for Shinjuku but the new cleaning regime, every 4 days if you were lucky, leaves a lot to be desired .

Smoking room is spectacularly ventilated. The room is okay. Enough to stay and wander around. Very close to golden gai. A bit pricey though.

Good location, clean, that's about it. Staff are helpful and try hard but can't make up for an old, tired building and facilities. Wifi especially is woeful, and rooms are cubicles even by Japanese standards.

WORST STAY! This place is not clean, the hallways and rooms smell like a cigarettes. I stayed in a non smoking room and it smells so horrible! I had to leave the window open my entire stay. I would not recomend staying here, the staff are rude and there are hidden fees. I had to pay 4,500 yen for late checkout when I was told it was 500 yen. Thats a big difference. It is not worth it, if you're smart you would not book here. You are going to get worse than what you pay for
