Fantastic hotel in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping in Ginza. Staff always helpful and friendly. Free refreshments at the dining area is a plus!
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the complimentary amenities were a great bonus. The location is excellent, with the train station just steps away. The rooms are quite small, but overall it’s a great stay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Service is top notch. Lots of free foods and drink
Great location, rooms tight but just what alll needed for staying in Tokyo.
Really easy to get to trains and link to airport direct only 45 min away.
Will stay again
Cute little hotel very close to Tokyo station and multiple subway lines! Staff is friendly. Breakfast is fair, they also have free drinks in the late afternoon and udon at night! Room is good but the bathroom is tiny! Also, you have to pay extra per person for late check-out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!
The staff were amazing and very helpful. I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and the service and courtesy here was beyond amazing. Rooms are small but clean. We stayed for 5 days and had a blast.
The bathrooms are small but work well. Would definitely stay here again. The transportation was super convenient as it was right by two subway stations.
Friendly staff, great assortment of amenities and good location. Was not happy with the fridge as it smelled.. I had to store my insulin there and hated opening the fridge because it smelled so much. Overall the stay was excellent
I had a great stay here. While the first impression was of stylish lighting, dark rugs and some kind of deodorizing spray I slept well and quite enjoyed the breakfast. The location was really perfect for going between Toranomon and Otemachi and it's near Tokyo Station as well.
The location is decent and easy to get around. The proximity to tokyo station is a huge plus. There is free little items (comb, toothbrush etc.) for use in your room and free drinks on certain times of the day. The room condition is so so though.
The property was close to Asakusa Line and GINZA line which I love.
Also walking around the area gave me more option for places to go and restaurants for me to pick that is not crowded but quality is top notch.
Walkable to Tsukiji Market and the shopping district is very near.
Felt safe and very quiet at night too.
We will come back here for sure.
Note that I am from Canada and this was our 1st stay in Japan. Hotel location is excellent and 12 minute walk to Tokyo station and only 2min to other train lines. We were greeted upon arrival and toiletries are free to take/use. Loved the toothbrush and mini paste! Our room was tiny by Cdn standards. There was maybe 7 inches from the bed to the wall, just enough to open my luggage. The bathroom was tiny and we made it work. When I say tiny, I mean it’s less than the size of a twin bed. If you have mobility issues and use a cane or walker, you will not fit. I’m 5 feet and my hubby is 6 ft 3 and had a hard time showering. The staff are nice and we had free udon one night and always grabbed coffee in the morning. As 2 easy going and fit adults, this was fine for us but if you’re used to a North American hotel such as base model Hilton or Marriott, this is likely going to disappoint.
Small but convenient rooms and n a great location close to Tokyo Station and Kyobashi subway station. A welcoming social area on the ground floor serves the breakfast and also hot and cold drinks, and snacks. Complementary toiletries etc are available to help yourself to at Reception.
