Clean, comfortable stay. We stayed in a double tatami room and it was more spacious than other tatami rooms at two other Tosei hotels. We particularly enjoyed the top floor sento. The baths were not very big but it had everything : sauna, cold plunge. The night time noodles are undercooked and not very tasty. I'd skip that. The hotel location is excellent. Right next door to a Hibiya line exit.

Clean room and fantastic facilities. I recommend the onsen in the morning as an extra experience instead of the shower in the room. Staff very polite and happy to help. A station on the Hibiya Line and two Convenience stores are very close by. Tokyo station is walkable but a little far for travelling with large luggage.
