You'll find one of Portugal's most significant cities just a couple of hours from Tocha. Lisbon District is 180 kilometres to the south.

Coimbra can be found 30 kilometres to the east and is home to some terrific things to see and do. Santa Cruz Church and Portugal dos Pequenitos alone will make the trip a memorable one. If you're not convinced yet, you should also have a look at Velha Cathedral.

What could be more enjoyable than listening to the sounds of the local bird life next to the water? Plan an outing to Nazare Beach or Live Beach for a wonderful day out.

Looking for some one-on-one time with Mother Nature? Commandeer a set of wheels and head in the direction of National Forest of Bussaco, 35 kilometres from Tocha. Alternatively, get out into the fresh air at Aveiro Salt Pans, 40 kilometres away.
