The location is near amenities. The room was dated but fine, bed comfortable. There was wear and tear on the tub (surface peeling), and toilet ran continuously. Upon check out, I was told that because I booked through a third party (Expedia), that the third party would have to provide a final receipt - I wanted to ensure that the $100 charge for incidentals was refunded, but was told they couldn't provide a final invoice.
