Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Thermas Mossoro

The hotel was a nice place. It is getting a little older and is showing signs of being an aged property. The service was nice.

The WiFi was not working the rooms were really tiny and claustrophobic and the rooms are almost on the highway

Excellent Resort fun in the sun

Lots of fun. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Horseback riding. Great gym. Hot water spa pools. Paddleboats, great AC in room, wifi works and close to bus station and shopping mall. Professional photographers to take great pix, pool slides and fun for the whole family! 5 stars

Já havia me hospedado no Thermas há alguns anos e mantenho a minha opinião: os banheiros precisam de melhorias. A limpeza é ineficiente, o vaso sanitário apresentava vazamento, deixando o banheiro sujo durante toda a estadia. A torneira da pia liberava pouca água, o espelho estava sujo e manchado, e o chuveiro tinha defeito, com vários vazamentos e a água saindo de forma irregular. Os quartos também têm mobília antiga, o que dá uma sensação de descuido. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, tanto nas opções quanto na qualidade dos produtos oferecidos. Piscinas também merecem atenção no quesito limpeza.

Sempre vou com a família ao Thermas. Já faz muitos anos. Já passei carnaval, passagem de ano etc. Mais fiquei impressionado com certos locais pela falta de manutenções e limpeza. Nem todas as piscinas estavam a disposição.

O resort aparenta descuidado em vários aspectos. Muitos brinquedos enferrujados, varios espaços externos sujos. Espaços com falta de manutenção básica. Pouca atenção do restaurante às mesas proximas às piscinas.
