I can’t believe this had an average of 7/10 in the reviews. It really is a 9.5–10/10. Good value. The room was a good size. There was an issue with the sink not draining under a Sunday night.Hayat had a technician fix it within 15 minutes. Dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent. There was a secure guard – controlled parking for my motorbike. And a really interesting design.
I made a mistake by booking the wrong night. Ajay at Hotels.com (Expedia) sorted it out and I really appreciate help from the hotel staff who were all excellent:Zackery, Hamid and Hayat.
If you’re anywhere near Ifrane then this is a good place to stay.
