The stay was good; however, my ratings are based on value for money. I felt that for the same price, I would have had a better experience in the Fern or similar properties. Specifically, there is nothing much in terms of facilities - there is a small Gym and a swimming pool. Full stop. Several of the staff seem to be interning there and obviously don't have much of a say - including simple requests for two key cards. They obliged with two cards for one room but refused for the other. One would expect that such facilities have some common room with some Chess or carrom but was not available - As I said, the property was ok, but when considering value of money, it was not up to the mark.

Hotel was clean.. staff was friendly and were working really hard. But very understaffed.. upper management is very poor in manpower planning.. the top management doesn't seem to be interested while staff on the floor was very hard working.

the staff was more interested in getting people tp check out irrespective of what time one has checked in. felt like living in a home stay not a branded hotel

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience throughout our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfectly suited for families looking to relax while visiting the Statue of Unity region. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and restful environment after a day of sightseeing. A special mention must go to the food and dining experience. Despite being a pure vegetarian resort, the variety, taste, and quality of the dishes were exceptional. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, offering diverse options that satisfied both adults and children alike. We never felt the absence of non-vegetarian options — the culinary experience was that good. We would also like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Rachna at the restaurant, who was extremely humble, courteous, and always ready to help. Her warm attitude and attentive service added a personal touch to our dining experience and truly reflected the resort’s culture of hospitality. The staff’s attentiveness, courteous service, and genuine hospitality truly set this resort apart. We highly recommend Regenta Vindhyachal Resort to families and travelers visiting Ekta Nagar.
