We are never disappointed when we stay here everyone is polite and professional. Our room must have been recently painted and new bedding also it was great. One concern i did want to say is there bar need some appetizers of some sort

The room layout was nice, clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. however it was advertised as a garden view, Instead we faced the beautiful wall of the playground. It was very loud since the windows and doors didn't seal so you could hear everything happening. I think in a pinch I would stay here again. But as a getaway, make sure you get top floor or one of the other rooms

We loved our time here, but several things made the stay challenging—especially when traveling with an ADA guest. There are many stairs with no railings, poor lighting at night, and very tight spaces, making it difficult for mobility, families, or luggage carriers. The property is not well suited for accessibility. I booked a villa for 8, yet only received breakfast for two, which was misleading. Food options were very limited. Pool towels cost $10, and requesting fresh towels required exchanging dirty ones, which felt inconvenient. There was also no ice available. The room was clean with plenty of toiletries, but no additional amenities or extras. The property is beautiful, but due to accessibility issues and limited inclusions, it may not be the right fit for everyone.

Everyone was good, the room, the staff and the place is beautiful. BUT too many stairs, no ramps, no elevators and the worst part of the stay was NO lighting outside of my room. It was super dark outside of my door, I tripped the first night, almost fell down the stairs. It’s very dangerous. Other than that, all was good.

This hotel is in a great area near the beach. Our favorite part is that it is conveniently located next to the Lobster Village. Improvement needs to be made in the checking in process. We waited in line for about 30 minutes and there was only 1 party ahead of us and two being helped at the counter. The rooms are descent and have a good shower pressure, but there was no heater/ac in our room, only a fan. We also had to ask for towels. In addition our room was in the 400s next to lounge, which is not a great idea if you are trying to get some sleep before midnight- there was a singer performing and we could hear it loudly in our room past midnight.
