Super bad food and service . Took them 45 min to get 3 kids spaghetti and a ceviche. We were the only table in the restaurant. Had to get up and see what was taking them. The lady responded that the kitchen also had to do the orders from the pool kiosk and the bar. I glanced at the pool and it was empty and the bar was empty too. Sooooooo.... The place is family friendly that's why I gave it some stars.

I booked the 2 room 2nd floor suite (506) the room had a nice view. Convenient for the family and close to the puerto Nuevo restaurants (8 min or less walking), the hotel has a very small zoo (deer, pigs, rabbits ) an indoor/jacuzzi and outdoor pool/jacuzzi. The cons were that the 2 outlests above the kitchenette didn’t work, broken closet doors, one bathroom had no shower pressure. The pillows were too big and full. Overall the convienience madw it worth it, the staff was very professional and kind

This is a older hotel, i was pleased with our stay in the front villas. Beautiful view of the ocean. The grounds are well kept with pretty gardens of succulents & cactus. The rooms are old but clean. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Keep your expectations low. You get what you pay for. I would book again.
