The parking was a nightmare. The parking ticket was an in convenience having to do a check in every morning, since our plates were not captured at the entrance. The A/C In the room was not working for one day of our stay.

Great food, decent bed, but too much morning noise” I really enjoyed my stay overall. The restaurant food was amazing and definitely a highlight. The bed was okay, just a bit firmer than I prefer. The main downside was the noise very early in the morning (around 6:30–7:00am), which sounded like repairs or construction in a nearby room. It made it hard to sleep in and relax. I hope the hotel can schedule that kind of work later in the day, because otherwise the experience was great.

Great Hotel in the Heart of Tijuana.

Fantastic Hotel. The staff was very Friendly & Accommodating. I only ate at the Plaza, but the Food was Amazing. The Morning Buffet has Hand Crafted Mexican Dishes that changed a little each day. I was able to try a wide range of Delicacies that I never would have a chance to try. Dinners here was also Amazing & Affordable. I went for Morning Walks around the surrounding Neighborhood, always felt safe. The Pool was wonderful. Did IK at the Casino that is on the Property. I will return.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and I truly wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting. As someone who doesn’t speak Spanish and is basically a tourist, I always feel completely safe and welcomed here. The staff is kind, helpful, and made every part of my stay feel easy and enjoyable. The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It’s just consistently a great experience every time — highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area! Also the pool, amenities & food are 10/10
