Staff is too busy to bring essentials like toilet paper or ice to the room. You have to call more than two times to get your essentials. However, if you order food they are fast and the food is very good.

Room servise too slow. I had to ask for toilet paper and that took over two phone calls and three hours to get the servise. For ice, l had to request it over two times and waited for about 4 hours to get it. The swimming Pool is clean.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia en el Grand Hotel Tijuana. Al momento del check-in me solicitaron un depósito de $100 USD como garantía, algo que jamás se me informó al hacer la reserva, la cual pagué al 100% con anticipación y sin dejar saldo pendiente. Pregunté si podía dejar el depósito con tarjeta de débito y me dijeron que únicamente aceptaban efectivo o tarjeta de crédito. Afirmaron que era una política general para todos los huéspedes. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-out, la recepcionista ni siquiera mencionó el tema del depósito, lo que me dio a entender que no es cierto que se le pida a todos los clientes. Al pedirle que liberaran la retención de mi tarjeta, no sabía qué hacer, empezó a buscar entre papeles, luego consultó con un compañero, y finalmente me dijo que se liberaría en 2 a 3 días hábiles. Todo esto sin claridad ni seguridad. Por las prisas del vuelo no alcancé a levantar una queja formal, pero dejo aquí mi experiencia. Me he hospedado en múltiples hoteles de distintas cadenas, incluso de nivel 5 diamantes, y jamás me habían tratado con tanta desinformación y falta de profesionalismo. No recomiendo este hotel y, sinceramente, no volvería.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property itself is beautiful, with welcoming staff and a lively atmosphere. One of the highlights is the convenient on-site casino, which adds a fun entertainment option without having to leave the hotel. Additionally, the parking lot is spacious and easily accessible, making arrival and departure hassle-free. While our stay was enjoyable in many ways, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The mirrors in our room appeared to have been overlooked by housekeeping, and unfortunately, the bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped, which left us waking up with some back discomfort. That said, the amenities and location make this hotel a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and entertainment all in one place. With a few small adjustments to room maintenance and comfort, this hotel has the potential to be exceptional.

TJ good stay!!

Our stay was good! Hotel was centrally located. Room was comfortable, beds were slightly more firm than what we are use to. Room service was on point. Friendly staff.
