It's situated 110 kilometres northeast of the capital of Colombia, Bogota.

Searching for an escape in nature? Commandeer a set of wheels and check out Pozos Azules, 40 kilometres away from Tibaná. Alternatively, bask in the warm glow of the sun at Lake Iguaque, 40 kilometres away.
